Terms of Service

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use it.

We offer AI-powered image and video enhancement, including style-driven image generation, template galleries, and image-to-video creation. We may update or suspend the Service at any time without notice.

Vanta Flow does not require a separate username, password, or email account. When you open the app, we automatically create a device-linked profile so you can use credits, history, and purchases on the same device.

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. Facial data is processed in real time and deleted immediately after processing. No storage or identification.

• Auto-renewal: If you purchase a subscription, it renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before expiry.
• Cancellation: Manage via your app store account. We cannot cancel directly.
• Credit packs: One-time credit purchases are billed through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or other payment methods we offer. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable unless we state otherwise.
• Refunds: Governed by the app store's policy and applicable law.

Do not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content. Do not reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Service commercially. Violation may lead to immediate termination.

All rights in the Service belong to us or our licensors. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use it.

You keep ownership. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process your content solely for providing the Service. License ends when you delete your content.

Service is provided "as is" without any warranty. Use at your own risk.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our business is registered. Disputes shall first be resolved informally. If unresolved, they will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
